What to include in your request

The more detail, the faster we can fix it:

1. What page or screen were you on? (Copy the web address from your browser.)
2. What were you trying to do?
3. What happened instead? Include the exact wording of any error message.
4. A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can.
5. When did it start? Did anything change right before (an update, a new plugin, a new user)?

Is it urgent?

Let us know right away if:

• Your site is down or shows an error to visitors.
• You think your site has been hacked.
• Forms or checkout have stopped working.

For anything else, like content changes, questions, or “how do I…?”, send a normal request whenever it suits you.
